Advancement in noise-canceling technology.

The xFyro ANC Pro Earbuds
xFryo is a company with offices in New York, Los Angeles, and Hong Kong. They have a variety of Audio products that range from $99 to about $300.00. XFryo sent the ANC Pro AI-powered earbuds for review. The first pair was sent back due to a problem with the noise-canceling option and another pair was received about 4 weeks later. The xFyro ANC Pro Earbuds sell for $150.00 on their website.
Like most wireless earbuds they come with a charging case. This case claims to have 90 hours of charging of battery life giving you a total of 100 hours between charged earbuds and case. The xFyro ANC Pro earbuds are water-resistant and come with controls for increasing the volume, advancing songs, and making calls. It has instant auto-pairing with connectivity up to 30 feet. Pairing the earbuds is quick and easy. While these headphones pair with devices well, there were some issues trying to pair both left and right earbuds at the same time. Earbud pairing was pretty aggressive as it will try to pair even when not expected. In my opinion, aggressive pairing is a positive feature and makes using them a quick and simple process.
Noise-canceling
The AI-powered noise canceling is to filter the sounds you need to hear and block the noises you don’t. The transparency mode will allow alarms, traffic, and emergency noises to come through. I listened to various genres. I started with some jazz and then moved later to rock and metal. The bass is clear and boosted but not as exaggerated as with other devices with a lot of bass. It was hard to get a good grasp on the higher-end treble. While the jazz sounded good, the rock/metal higher frequency sounds were a little flat. The controls worked well. The touch controls are not as forgiving as other devices, but once you get the muscle memory down, the controls work fine. I was able to adjust volume, play/pause, and skip tracks in both directions.
The xFyro ANC Pro earbuds are also able to connect to your digital assistants such as Siri or Google to send messages, make calls, and surf the web.

I am always looking for a pair of headphones or earbuds that will meet my needs. I struggle with earbuds that sit inside my ear, but I like the smaller size. I tend to fall asleep with one earbud in each night as I listen to audiobooks. I am also not very good at plugging in items and often find all my accessories need charging. I tend to avoid the newest and most popular items. My sister asked me to help review the xFyro ANC Pro earbuds. As sisters do, we tend to like and use different things. I was excited to try a company that was advancing with technology. I have continued to use the earbuds and have come to enjoy them more with the length of time I have had them.
The earbuds were comfortable and comes with multiple covers to adapt to your ear size. I was able to do many different activities without fear of them falling out of my ear. I was not able to fully test the full charging capacity but used them for a long time without needing to recharge in the charging case. I made a few calls and the quality of the call was good with both participants able to hear. After using these for a few hours, here are some of the issues I had. I found that there were intermittent drops in the BlueTooth connection. This would drop for a quarter of a second and would go away after some time.
On several occasions, the earbuds actually distorted the audio. The earbuds would slow the audio playback. My guess is that this was because the noise canceling was on. The distortion appeared worse when playing rock/metal. Often you could use the earbuds for a long time without any issues at all. When it did happen it made using the earbuds very frustrating. I am still trying to determine what causes this issue as when you try to make it happen it doesn’t and I have not seen any similar comments on any other reviews. When listening to something like an audiobook, you would not notice this issue.
Final verdict
Overall, they are quality earbuds and the sound meets my expectations. I typically am not too picky on the earbuds and find that I go for cheaper products. The xFyro ANC Pro Earbuds were fun to use while hiking and on walks, I even turned up the volume on my favorite songs. I also found that I never had the sensation of hearing my own breath or feeling muted when using them. I personally enjoy the style of the earbuds and found them to be comfortable. The company was very responsive when we had an issue with the first pair. They are worth checking out especially if you are looking for the long battery life option.
